How to Report
If you discover a potential vulnerability or security issue in any of our services, products, APIs, or websites, please report it responsibly to our security team via email:

What to Include
- A clear and concise description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue or proof-of-concept (PoC) if possible
- Any relevant logs, screenshots, or impacted endpoints
- Your name or handle (optional, if you'd like to be acknowledged)
Our Commitment
We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days and strive to provide regular updates on our investigation and remediation process.
Please avoid exploiting or disclosing the issue publicly until it has been resolved. We value responsible disclosure and offer public acknowledgment to researchers who help us improve our platform.
Out of Scope
While we value every report, the following may be considered out of scope:
- Reports involving social engineering or phishing of our staff or customers
- Physical attacks against infrastructure or end-user devices
- Denial of service (DoS) or spam attacks
- Use of outdated browsers or plugins causing self-inflicted issues
